Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system (OJS). Submissions via email are not accepted. Before submitting, authors must ensure that the manuscript follows the journal’s Author Guidelines and uses the official journal template.

1. Registration and Login

  • Authors must register as a user on the journal website.

  • Once registered, authors can log in to the system to begin the submission process.

  • During registration, please ensure your profile includes:

    • Full name

    • Institutional affiliation

    • Email address

    • ORCID ID (if available)

2. Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure the following:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • The manuscript is written in English and formatted using the journal's template (.doc/.docx).

  • The similarity index is below 20% (checked by the editorial team using Turnitin or iThenticate).

  • All co-authors have approved the manuscript and its submission.

  • References follow APA 7th Edition style and meet the minimum requirements:

    • At least 20 references

    • At least 70% of references are from the last 5 years

3. Submission Steps via OJS

  1. Start Submission

    • Select the appropriate article type (e.g., Research Article, Review Article, Technical Note).

    • Confirm that the manuscript complies with the submission checklist.

  2. Upload Submission

    • Upload the manuscript file in .doc or .docx format.

    • Ensure that figures and tables are embedded within the manuscript file.

  3. Enter Metadata

    • Fill in manuscript details: title, abstract, keywords, and author information (name, affiliation, email).

    • Provide full contact details for the corresponding author.

  4. Confirm Submission

    • Review all information carefully.

    • Click Finish Submission to complete the process.

4. After Submission

  • Authors will receive an automatic confirmation email from the system.

  • The manuscript will enter editorial screening, including checks for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.

  • If the manuscript passes the screening, it will be assigned to peer reviewers (double-blind review).

  • Authors may track the submission status by logging into the OJS system.
