Educate Technik: JOURNAL of ENGINEERING SCIENCES is an open access journal. To support the cost of editorial management, peer review, copyediting, DOI registration, and online hosting, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy for accepted manuscripts.

1. Submission Fee

• No submission fee is charged for submitting a manuscript to the journal.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

• Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to pay an APC.

• The APC covers the following services:

  • Editorial and peer review management

  • Plagiarism check using Turnitin or iThenticate

  • DOI assignment and indexing services

  • Copyediting and typesetting

  • Long-term archiving and open access hosting

• Standard APC: (To be determined by the Editorial Board, e.g., USD 4 / IDR 50,000 per article)

3. Waiver Policy

• The journal may provide partial or full waivers for authors who:

  • Are affiliated with institutions in developing countries or have limited funding.

  • Submit high-quality manuscripts that significantly contribute to the advancement of engineering and technology.

• Waiver decisions are made at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief upon formal request from the author(s).

4. Payment Information

• Authors will be notified of the applicable APC after their manuscript is accepted for publication.

• Payment instructions, including bank transfer or institutional payment options, will be provided in the acceptance letter.
