Educate Technik: JOURNAL of ENGINEERING SCIENCES welcomes the submission of original research papers, review articles, and technical notes in the fields of engineering, technology, and related interdisciplinary areas. All manuscripts must be written in English and follow the guidelines below:

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under review or previously published elsewhere.

  • Articles must be written in clear academic English (either American or British style—do not mix).

  • Manuscript length should be 6 to 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

  • Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) using the journal's official template.

2. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title

    • Concise and informative, not exceeding 15 words.

    • Written in Title Case.

  2. Author Information

    • Full names of all authors (without academic titles or degrees).

    • Author affiliations (department, university, city, country).

    • Email address of the corresponding author.

    • Mailing address (if required).

  3. Abstract

    • Maximum 250 words in a single paragraph.

    • Must include purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

    • Include 3–5 keywords.

  4. Introduction

    • Should include background, research gap, objectives, and significance.

    • Supported by recent references (preferably from the last 5 years).

  5. Literature Review / Related Works (optional if integrated into the Introduction)

    • Covers theoretical foundations and prior relevant studies.

  6. Methodology

    • Details research design, data sources, algorithms, procedures, or experimental setups.

  7. Results and Discussion

    • Clearly presents findings using tables, figures, and/or charts.

    • Discusses how results relate to theory and previous research.

  8. Conclusion

    • Summarizes major findings, limitations, and possible recommendations for future work.

  9. Acknowledgment (if applicable)

    • Recognize funding sources, institutional support, or contributors.

  10. References

  • Minimum 20 references, preferably from journal articles.

  • At least 70% of references should be from the last 5 years.

  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition (Author–Date format).

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 11 pt

  • Spacing: Single spacing

  • Paper size: A4, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides

  • Title: 14 pt, bold, centered

  • Subheadings: 11 pt, bold

  • Figures and Tables: Must be numbered, captioned, and cited in the text

  • Equations: Use Equation Editor or MathType

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system (OJS).

  • Each submission must include:

    • The manuscript using the journal’s official template (.docx)

    • A Statement of Originality and Copyright Transfer Form (submitted after acceptance)

  • All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism (maximum allowed similarity: 20%)

5. Peer Review Policy

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.

  • The review process typically takes 4–8 weeks.

  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments.

6. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • If applicable, APC details will be announced on the journal’s website.

  • For initial issues, publication may be free of charge to encourage quality submissions.

7. Copyright and Open Access

  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.

  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
