DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN MECHANICAL SYSTEMS BASED ON LATEST TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY IN THE MINING INDUSTRY
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of implementing modern mechanical systems on energy efficiency and cost savings in the mining industry. The modern mechanical systems applied in this research include automatic heavy machinery and electric vehicles, which are expected to reduce energy consumption and operational costs. Data collection was carried out through measurements of energy usage and operational costs before and after the implementation of these technologies at two mining locations. The results show that the application of this technology can reduce energy consumption by up to 25% and save operational costs by 20%. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how modern mechanical technology can be applied in the mining industry to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. The implementation of this system also has a positive impact on environmental sustainability by reducing dependence on fossil fuels. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for decision-making in adopting modern mechanical technologies more widely in the mining sector.
